Barware, pour spouts from bottles, ice scoop, empty syrup containers, garnish bins, and bar mats

Dump buckets

Measuring cups and food prep items

Cork liquor bottles and place in speed rail
-
Throw away opened 1 time use mixers (Coca-Cola cans, ginger beer, tonic, etc.)

Spray down and wipe tables and bar top
-
Put away any containers on the bar work area (refrigerated items)
-
Wash bar mats and hang to dry
-
Spray down and wipe bar work area
-
Spot sweep
-
Empty ice cart and leave lid open to dry
-
Move all sanitized dishes from the sink to drying cart/bar top on rags
-
Drain 3 compartment sink
-
Place any used rags/towels in laundry basket
-
Put away signs (outside sign and lobby sign) and bring in D64 light
-
Lock building's front door
-
Put D64 light and iPads on chargers
-
Turn off music, record player, TV, and lights
-
Take out both trash bags
-
Lock D64 entry door
